Blake Blossom says she’s received hundreds of negative comments since losing weight, with many fans questioning her appearance and even asking if she’s retired. In a post on X, the performer pushed back against the rumors, explaining that changes in her career don’t mean she’s leaving the industry.

“for reference, i’ve had hundreds of messages on ALL my platforms since i did a tiktok live two weeks ago that everyone ‘misses the fat blake’ and ‘why do you look so old’ and ‘are you retired'”

In a follow-up post, Blossom reminded fans that she’s been in the industry for more than six years and that it’s natural for both people and careers to evolve.

“i’ve been doing this for 6.5 years, people change and might not want to do the same things. weight loss happens.”
