Karoline Leavitt’s Eerie Premonition: ‘Shots Will Be Fired Tonight’ Comes True

Published on

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was on Fox News just hours before the chaos erupted at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Grinning, she teased President Trump’s upcoming speech: “It’ll be funny, it’ll be entertaining… there will be some shots fired tonight in the room.” She was clearly using the classic political slang for delivering sharp one-liners and roasts.

Then real gunfire broke out near the security checkpoint at the Washington Hilton. Panic swept the room, Secret Service rushed Trump and Melania to safety, and what was supposed to be a night of satire turned into a security nightmare.

Talk about perfect (and terrifying) timing. I wonder how much Karoline bet on Polymarket.
