The controversial porn website Motherless has been taken offline by Dutch authorities following intense scrutiny over content linked to gender-based violence and drug-facilitated sexual assaults. Prosecutors in Zeeland-West-Brabant opened a preliminary investigation after a CNN report highlighted the platform’s role in hosting non-consensual videos, including footage of unconscious women being abused.
The site’s servers, hosted by NFOrce Internet Services in Steenbergen, Netherlands, went dark on Thursday evening. In response, NFOrce launched an urgent review and gave Motherless 12 hours to address the issues, while stressing it does not manage or moderate customer content.
