Yekaterina Chudnovsky, the widow of OnlyFans founder Leonid Radvinsky, has officially taken control of the platform’s parent company. According to UK government filings released on May 7, the 42-year-old now holds at least 75% of the shares and voting rights in Fenix International Limited. She also gains the authority to appoint and remove the majority of the board members.
Radvinsky, who died in March at age 43 after battling terminal cancer, had acquired his controlling stake in OnlyFans in 2018 for around $30 million. A Northwestern and DePaul Law graduate, Chudnovsky worked as a corporate attorney and was considered her husband’s de facto business partner throughout the years. The couple had been married since 2008 and shared four children. Under Radvinsky’s leadership, OnlyFans grew into a major player, generating approximately $1.5 billion in revenue and more than $700 million in profit in its most recent year, with his personal fortune estimated at $4.7 billion at the time of his death.
